West Bend Electric Popcorn PopperThis well-made, circa 1964, three piece corn popper looks as though it was never used, has the removable bowl for quick easy cleaning, and the Pyrex glass lid. And, the lid has a large chip on the underside which is why it is being sold "as is". It works just fine and comes complete with a detachable cord. Bun Warmer or Cookie JarWhat a neat bun warmer, I thought, attracted by the ball feet and knob on top, and with an adjustable steam vent, too. It was only later that I noticed that the side handles are missing. So, it could be used as a bun warmer, but maybe not around children. (It doesn't come with a cord, so that would be extra if you don't have a cord set already.) $21Purchase Information |

Super Star (Stern-Brown) Model 210 Combination unitWhen the Long Island City company Stern-Brown created this combination unit in the early 1950s it succeeded in producing one of the heaviest, clunkiest, most non-stylish waffle irons of the decade. If none of that matters and what you're looking for is simply a waffle iron that makes great big square waffles really well and also makes a dandy sandwich grill, and can be turned into a griddle that can accommodate at least six generous sized pancakes at the same time, then this big old beast is for you. This unit measures approximately 12 inches square by 6 inches high and weighs in at nearly eleven pounds. It is cosmetically great on the outside but is cosmetically terrible internally. That's why we're discounting this one. It has been completely refurbished, rewired, tested and recalibrated. Internal cosmetics aside this piece will give much good service for many years. 1200 Watts of cooking power.SOLDPurchase Information |
